I knew this kid, growing up, that was homeschooled. At the time, I had no idea what homeschooling was. Just assumed they had issues that stopped her from attending regular school. Her mum was a teacher and she taught her at home until it was time to take First school leaving exams.... and, this girl did so well. She's actually very brilliant. It surprised a lot of persons. Who would have thought?
The idea of homeschooling is nice, if one has the time and can afford to. Whichever, they have good and bad sides
Homeschooling indeed may be good if the parent give such a child adequate attention during the period of learning. Just as you said, everything has an advantage and also it's disadvantage
