Shifting to a new place and a new home means, finding everything from scratch. As I love antique pieces, I went to the nearby antique shop and found a clock showing 13 in stead of 12 in the dial.
Curious enough, I checked with the shop keeper why it shows number 13. At first he was perplexed, later he admitted from his poor memory that it was a rejected old piece from a 100 years old Hotel.
I was happy to find something different to place in my new home. So I purchased it with no bargains.
Next day, I kept it in a glass shelf which was easily accessible to the visitors. Each time a visitor came in and had a look, the very next day he fell sick or something went wrong in him.
This troubled me a lot because everyone stopped visiting me out of fear. And I felt lonely. Hence I decided to dispose this old product and simultaneously my craze for Antique product stopped once and for all.

A clock with 13 numbers instead of 12 is odd. Making everyone that visited sick means it's not a good antique product to keep. Nice story!
