Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que comienza nuevamente la semana, luego de haber pasado un excelente fin de semana compartiendo con la familia, hoy por ser lunes, en lo personal y junto a mi esposa, decidimos salir a caminar alrededor de un lago, el mismo se encuentra en el km. de CIUDAD DEL ESTE-PARAGUAY- CENTROAMERICA, lo mas bello de todo esto amigos es el aire que se respira, imaginence por el verde de la naturaleza y este hermoso lago, lo que es caminar alrededor del mismo por la mañana a la salida del sol.
El mismo tiene un circunsferencia de km. pero esa distancia cuando disfruta del paseo o del ejercicio no es nada y ademas junto a mis esposa, aprovecho para decirles que hoy en ARGENTINA es el dia de la madre y esta es una manera de festejarlo.
Lo que pueden ver en esta fotografia en la parte de atras de mi, son camalotes, la mayoria con flores, pero tambien existen alguna especies de animales, como este cocodrilo, los hay y son varios, asi que ingresar al agua es un poco peligroso jajajaja.
Bueno tambien estan las aves como este pato, que se encuentra caminando y junto al mismo o misma, seria la madre, su cria, en busca de comidas.
Lo digo por la manera en caminan y van, picoteando atraves de las gramillas y caminano muy despacio, mientras miraba rogaba que no se asercaran al cocodrilo, porque serian alimento de el.
Lo que si me alegro fue esta otra ave, del mismo grupo pero que la misma, se hallaba a una distancia conciderable de la costa, nadando placidamente.
Como lo demuestra en esta fotografia, el agua se hallaba muy tranquila, bueno la brisa de esta mañana hera muy suave, con el rayo del sol muy tenue, con un calorcito que recien comienza, como la semana jajaja.
Bueno amigos comparto todo esto con ustedes, pero en las siguientes publicaciones, contnuare con esta caminata y ejercicio, mostrandole todo esto que la MADRE NATURALEZA NOS REGALA.

Hello everyone, now that the week is starting again after an excellent weekend spent with family, today, being Monday, my wife and I decided to go for a walk around a lake in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, Central America. The most beautiful thing about it, friends, is the air you breathe; just imagine the lush greenery and this beautiful lake, and what it’s like to walk around it in the morning as the sun rises.
It has a circumference of km, but that distance is nothing when I’m enjoying a walk or exercising, and beside, together with my wife, I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you that today in Argentina is Mother’s Day, and this is one way to celebrate it.
What you can see in this photograph behind me are water hyacinths, mostly with flowers, but there are also some animal species, like this crocodile. There are several of them, so going into the water is a bit dangerous, hahaha.
Well, there are also birds like this duck, which is walking, and next to it—or her—would be the mother, with her chick, looking for food.
I say that because of the way they walk and move, pecking thru the grass and walking very slowly, and as I watched I prayed they wouldn’t get near the crocodile, because they’d become its food.
What I was really happy about was this other bird, from the same group but quite a distance from the shore, swimming peacefully.
As this photograph shows, the water was very calm; the morning breeze was very gentle, the sunlight was soft, and the warmth was just beginning, like the week itself, haha.
Well, friends, I’m sharing all of this with you, but in the next posts I’ll continue this hike and workout, showing you everything that MOTHER NATURE gives us.
