Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que el frio es cada ves mas fuerte, lo mejor para estos casos es degustar bastante pasta, bueno les comento que el fideo es parte del que me quedo, el cual lo conserve en la nevera o heladera, luego lo calente un poco en el microhondas, se le agrego la salsa y listo para degustar,
Para cocinar dicha salsa, la cual se acompañara este delicioso fideo, con queso, lo primero es cortar bien la cebolla, ajo, tomar la olla, agregar un poco de aceite, luego lo mencionado, dejarlo que se cocine un poco.
Luego de que se cocino un poco lo revuelvo bien todo, le agrego agua caliente, la papa cortada en trozos pequeños como se ve en la foto, tapo la olla, dejo que se siga cocinando, hasta notar que dicha papa este un poco blanda.
Lo que sigue es lo mejor, como tenia chorizos congelados, los cuales descongele, tambien un poco de butifarra, una ves descongelados, los corto en trozos pequeños como se ve en la foto.
Teniendo dichos chorizos cortados, los agrego en la olla, tambien un poco de perejiol, los revuelvo bien, para despues agregar mas agua caliente, y por ultimo la salsa de tomate, la cual una ves agregado a todo esto, lo mesclo bien dejo que se cocine un poco y lista dicha salsa.
Como bien les comente, una ves cocinada dicha salsa con los ingredientes antes mencionados, dejo la olla tapada para que se aciente muy todo y por supuesto sale mucho mas sabrosa, la cual como les comente se le agrega a este fideo, el cual quedo guardado en la nevera o heladera.
De todas menras, la verdad que salio todo exquisito, como lo pueden ver en la foto al comiezo del post, esta ves no quedo nada jajaajaja.

As I told you, once the sauce is cooked with the above mentioned ingredients, I leave the pot covered so that it cooks very well and of course it comes out much tastier, which as I told you is added to this noodle, which is stored in the fridge or refrigerator.
Anyway, the truth is that everything turned out exquisite, as you can see in the photo at the beginning of the post, this time there was nothing left hahahaha.
