Gotas de agua / Raindrops
Gotas de agua bajan por tus mejillas,
las veo como escurren, parecen semillas;
caen a tierra para plantar nuestra pasión,
seguro son la cura de cualquier desilusión.
Drops of water run down your cheeks,
I see them as they drain, they look like seeds;
they fall to the ground to plant our passion,
they are surely the cure for any disappointment.
Porque la lluvia me trae buenos recuerdos,
de como acariciarte con la punta de mis dedos;
que todo es posible si me lo propongo,
se dibuja la esperanza que yo en ti tengo.
Because the rain brings back good memories,
how to caress you with the tips of my fingers;
that everything is possible if I set my mind to it,
the hope that I have in you is drawn.
Gotas de agua que vienen y van,
sin saber a donde estas nos llevaran;
posiblemente a un lugar secreto,
y no digo mas para ser discreto.
Drops of water that come and go,
without knowing where these will take us;
possibly to a secret place,
and I do not say more to be discreet.
Conozco de tu amor por la lluvia,
y por eso te pedí que seas mi novia;
pues si en común eso tenemos,
nadie evitara lo que ya sabemos.
I know of your love for the rain,
and that's why I asked you to be my girlfriend;
Well, if we have that in common,
no one will avoid what we already know.
