Hola a todos los usuarios de Hive, si sé que tenía mucho pero mucho tiempo sin estar por acá pero ya les cuento por qué en este blog que hare a continuación:
MES Y MEDIO SIN PODER COMUNICARME,
Os paso a contar.
Dia 17 de noviembre eran aproximadamente las 12:30 se me ha ido, caído el internet en su totalidad, eso incluye el wifi, lo tome con tranquilidad ya que eso me había pasado antes pero volvía a las pocas horas, pero esta vez fue muy diferente yo diría que demasiado diferente.
Llamar al call center de esta compañía telefónica que es la que me da internet no funciona, ya que al momento de llamar te cuelgan la llamada, al momento de marcar el número que te redirige a un técnico para contarle mi situación allí mismo se me caída la llamada, esto lo intente varias veces pero al ver que seguía cayéndose, tuve que buscar otras opciones, otra fue por whatsapp pero por allí tampoco se podía ya que su número de reclamos por fallas técnicas lo eliminaron, así que lo único que me quedaba hasta los momentos, era ir a su oficina central.
Allí me hacen un reporte, que es un numero donde se registra mi problema, pero allí me dicen que yo estoy recibiendo internet, cuando no era así, pero bueno al salir de allí mi madre llega a casa y me dice esperemos lo solucionen rápido, este reporte fue hecho 1 semana después de haberlo perdido.
Al pasar aproximadamente 3 semanas y ver que no me colocaban el servicio de internet el cual pago puntualmente, tuve que recurrir a otra opción, que fue pedirle wifi pagado a una vecina y poder conectarme con la tecnología, lo no tan bueno de esto fue que el wifi me llegaba mas que todo a los teléfonos, en el lugar donde tengo mi pc solo llegaba una parte y cuando quería, ya que a veces pasaban hasta 48 horas sin llegar, y cuando llegaba era extremadamente lento lo que no me dejaba poder trabajar y estar comunicada .
El día que me colocaron el wifi, hablo del de la vecina, al parecer hacia contacto con la señal del mío, cosa que no entiendo, ya que la señal cuando me llegaba caía inmediatamente porque me llegaba la señal de mi wifi pero marcada con el triángulo amarillo que significaba que no tenía internet, esa parte no la pude entender muy bien, tuve que desconectar mi wifi para que esa señal no interfiriera con la que le estaba pagando a la vecina.
El wifi pago lo mande a colocar el 18 de diciembre, el 22 de diciembre me comunico por otro medio con Caty, Quien es Caty? es Un robot que tiene la compañía de teléfono que habla con uno y dependiendo del problema ella te transfiere con un asesor que es quien te atenderá y tratara de solventar tu problema, cuando hablo con Caty y me transfiere a un asesor me toca el número 205, ósea tenía 205 personas delante de mí, esto me estresa un poco ya que el wifi que tengo es lento y se me caía y esto me daba miedo de que se me cayera y perdiera conexión con la compañía ya que si eso sucedía tenía que volver a conversar todos.
Cuando logro hablar con el asesor de la compañía de internet, me dice que ya yo tengo mi reporte y debo esperar a que una cuadrilla, (los técnicos que recorren las calles intentando solventar los problemas) se ocupara de mi caso, al decirme eso se acaba el chat ya que eso me lo repitió 2 veces, al día siguiente, 23 de diciembre, aproximadamente a las 11:30 am recibo una llamada de la compañía preguntándome si estaba ya solventado mi problema con la línea telefónica, a lo que respondí no, allí me colgaron la llamada y me quede pues esperando que volvieran a llamar o algo.
El día 1 de enero a eso de las 7pm me digo déjame conectar mi wifi, como lo venía haciendo desde hace días, y zas tenia INTERNET eso me alegro muchísimo, ya que se me era muy importante tenerlo, era mi vía de comunicación con el mundo, con mi trabajo hasta con personas ya que por teléfono también estaba prácticamente incomunicada porque el mismo no quería ni enviar mensajes ni llamar, ya que la compañía que me da señal también es bastante complicada para dar un buen servicio.
Pero lastimosamente no era una felicidad completa, 😪 ya que al mandarme el internet me dañaron el teléfono, porque al momento de contestar una llamada se me cae el internet y mientras tengo el internet mi teléfono tiene un ruido bastante incomodo tipo cucarachas adentro jejeje.
Asi que hoy 3 de enero me volví a comunicar con Caty la robot de la compañía que me suministra el servicio de internet y adivinen que me paso, pues que el asesor que me toco para intentar solventar mi problemas del teléfono eh internet me dice que ya tengo un reporte hecho y que debo esperar a que se me asigne un personal para solventar la misma.
Asi que me toco esperar a que se me solucione la misma asi esto tarde un buen tiempo pero si hay que rescatar algo bueno de todo esto os puedo decir que ya tengo internet aunque todavía con ciertas fallas, esto no es un reclamo ni mucho menos es solo para contarles un poco de mi experiencia con el internet de mi país que como pudieron leer no es a veces la mejor.

After about 3 weeks passed and I saw that they did not place the internet service which I paid on time, I had to resort to another option, which was to ask a neighbor for paid wifi and be able to connect with the technology, the not so good thing about this was that Wi-Fi reached me most of all to the phones, in the place where I have my pc, only part of it arrived and when I wanted, since sometimes up to 48 hours passed without arriving, and when it arrived it was extremely slow, which prevented me from working and be communicated.
The day they put my Wi-Fi on, I'm talking about the neighbor's, apparently it made contact with mine's signal, which I don't understand, since the signal when it came to me dropped immediately because my Wi-Fi signal reached me but marked with the Yellow triangle that meant I didn't have internet, I couldn't understand that part very well, I had to disconnect my Wi-Fi so that that signal wouldn't interfere with the one I was paying the neighbor.
I sent the paid wifi to place it on December 18, on December 22 I communicate by other means with Caty, Who is Caty? It is a robot that has the telephone company that talks to you and depending on the problem, she transfers you to an advisor who is the one who will attend to you and try to solve your problem, when I talk to Caty and she transfers me to an advisor, I get number 205 , that is, I had 205 people in front of me, this stresses me a bit since the Wi-Fi I have is slow and I was losing it and this made me afraid that I would drop it and lose connection with the company since if that happened I had to go back everyone to talk.
When I manage to speak with the advisor of the internet company, he tells me that I already have my report and I must wait for a crew (the technicians who walk the streets trying to solve the problems) to take care of my case. The chat ends since he repeated it to me 2 times, the next day, December 23, at approximately 11:30 a.m. I receive a call from the company asking me if my problem with the telephone line was already solved, to which I answered no There they hung up the call and I stayed waiting for them to call again or something.
On January 1 at around 7pm I told myself, let me connect my Wi-Fi, as I had been doing for days, and wow I had INTERNET that made me very happy, since it was very important to me to have it, it was my way of communication with the world, with my work even with people since by phone I was also practically isolated because it did not want to send messages or call, since the company that gives me signal is also quite complicated to provide good service.
But unfortunately it was not complete happiness, 😪 since when they sent me the internet they damaged my phone, because at the moment of answering a call I drop the internet and while I have the internet my phone has a rather uncomfortable noise like cockroaches inside lol.
So today, January 3, I contacted Caty, the robot of the company that provides me with the internet service, and guess what happened to me, because the advisor who touched me to try to solve my phone problems and internet tells me that now I have a report made and that I must wait for a staff to be assigned to me to solve it.
So I have to wait for the same solution to be solved so this takes a long time but if something good has to be rescued from all this I can tell you that I already have internet although still with certain flaws, this is not a claim, much less it just to tell you a little about my experience with the internet in my country that How they could read is sometimes not the best.
