Hola amigos, espero que hoy estén teniendo un grandioso día.
En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir sobre mi experiencia en lo que fue este congreso, fue realizado en la isla de margarita, está se encuentra al norte de Venezuela.
El mismo fue realizado en el mes de noviembre del año 2013 y tenía como título Congreso Iberoamericano de Ingeniería Civil. Para al momento aún yo era estudiante de la carrera por tal motivo el costo para asistir no era tan elevado como para el que ya era profesional.
Al inscribirte ya tenías asegurado lo que era la estadía en el Hotel Resort Dunes, todas las comidas y bebidas durante tu estadía allí. En principio el congreso solo duraba un fin de semana, el check in era el jueves al rededor de las dos de la tarde y el check out el domingo a la misma hora. En cuanto al traslado de corría por tu cuenta, yo que soy de Villa de Cura como ya lo he comentado en otros post anteriores, me tocó trasladarme hasta al Aeropuerto Nacional Simón Bolívar, ubicado en Maiquetía, estado La Guaira, Venezuela. Desde allí agarrar un vuelo a la isla de Margarita, el mismo duro aproximadamente unos 30min, relativamente un trayecto corto.
En cuanto al tema de las presentaciones fue muy variado, abarcaron a la ingeniería civil en algo general, hablaron sobre infraestructura, acueductos, vialidad, instalaciones eléctricas y sanitarias, la verdad que fue muy nutritivo todas esas charlas y todos los que exponentes lo hicieron excelente, compartieron sus conocimientos de la mejor manera y si tenías alguna duda podías consultarla allí con ellos mismos.
Sobre las instalaciones del hotel de verdad que es buenísimo, el salón donde se hicieron las conferencias estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Contaba con varias piscinas para el disfrute de los huéspedes, varios restaurantes, bares y discoteca, todo dentro del mismo resort. Contaba acceso a la playa y era de uso exclusivo del hotel, en la tarde podías disfrutar de aperitivos de comida rápida, en la noche si lo tuyo era algo más tranquilo, hacían presentaciones culturales. La verdad es que siempre tenías con que entretenerte, todas las conferencias se realizaban en la mañana así que tenías todo el día para conocer y disfrutar, Las habitaciones excelentes, ninguna queja de esas instalaciones.
Fue una experiencia que quisiera volver a repetir, se hicieron muchas amistades, se compartieron muchos conocimientos y se disfruto sanamente.

This time I want to share with you my experience in this congress, it was held on the island of Margarita, which is located north of Venezuela.
It was held in November 2013 and was titled the Ibero-American Congress of Civil Engineering. At the time I was still a student, so the cost to attend was not as high as for those who were already professionals.
When you registered you were already assured of your stay at the Hotel Resort Dunes, all meals and drinks during your stay there. In principle the congress only lasted one weekend, the check-in was on Thursday around two o'clock in the afternoon, and the check out on Sunday at the same time. As for the transfer, I am from Villa de Cura and as I have already mentioned in previous posts, I had to go to the Simon Bolivar National Airport, located in Maiquetia, La Guaira state, Venezuela. From there I took a flight to Margarita Island, which took about 30 minutes, a relatively short trip.
The topic of the presentations was very varied, they covered civil engineering in general, they talked about infrastructure, aqueducts, roads, electrical and sanitary installations, the truth is that all these talks were very nourishing and all the speakers did an excellent job, they shared their knowledge in the best way and if you had any doubt you could ask them themselves.
Regarding the hotel facilities, it was great, the hall where the conferences were held was in very good condition. It had several swimming pools for the enjoyment of the guests, several restaurants, bars, and a discotheque, all within the same resort. It had access to the beach and was for the exclusive use of the hotel, in the afternoon you could enjoy fast food snacks, at night if your thing was something quieter, there were cultural presentations. The truth is that you always had something to entertain you, all the conferences were held in the morning so you had the whole day to learn and enjoy.
It was an experience that I would like to repeat, many friendships were made, a lot of knowledge was shared and it was a healthy enjoyment.

Siempre quize asistir a uno de estos congresos. Uno se realizo en mi ciudad sin embargo tampoco pude asistir. gracias por compartirlo.
