Visualizo en aquella memoria a mi papá atendiendo diversas plantas, vivíamos en un apartamento, así que él tuvo que hacer uso de su ingenio para habilitar un improvisado, pero cada vez mejorado espacio para ellas, dedicaba el tiempo que fuera necesario para atenderlas.
Mi madre, aunque también tenía el mismo gusto por las plantas, que mi papá, ella enfocaba su atención a las orquídeas, le gustaba mucho.
También tengo memorias donde yo pasaba algunos minutos mirando como cuidaba de ellas, así como lo Bonita que eran esas flores. Las mismas tenían una forma característica de mi país.
Yo nunca lo imagine, pero la vida me dio el regalo de revivir esas emociones a diario, ya que me toca cuidar de orquídeas en la casa donde actualmente resido. Nueva residencia, nueva vida, nuevos hábitos y hobbies.
No soy ningún experto en el área, pero le he dedicado tiempo a cuidar de ellas, es gratificante ver como crecen poco a poco y la belleza que representa su florecer, cada tipo tan genuino, saber que soy parte de todo ese proceso natural a través de su cuidado, me gusta mucho.
Yo soy originario de Venezuela, país que siempre tengo presente, he tenido la dicha que vivir estos últimos años en Río de Janeiro, Brasil.
Es claro que encontré muchas diferencias al estar en otro país, una de tantas fue la flor orquídea, aquí en río algunas de las personas que tienen esta flor en su casa o jardín, nunca han visto la forma típica o más conocida de mi país. Como la que muestro al inicio de la publicación.
Para mí, la interacción con ellas es maravillosa, he tenido que aprender sobre tantas cosas, sobre tipos de maderas, condiciones climáticas, herramientas de cuidado diario, ubicación, cambios en las estaciones de clima y como les afecta, carbón, piedra, así podría seguir enumerando muchas otras cosas más, es todo un tema. Tareas para cumplir.
Yo he recibido esta oportunidad con mucho optimismo, estoy en conexión con la naturaleza y contribuyendo con ella, relacionándose cada vez más.

Tanta variedad, imagino que existen una gran cantidad de tipos de orquídea, cada una siendo afectada por la región
y condiciones en donde crece.
Aún me falta por aprender, pero lo poco que he conocido, ha sido sorprendente, poseen una belleza única, algunas se ocultan en las horas nocturnas y vuelven a abrir su forma cuando sale el sol, jamás había notado algo así, creo que en mi pasado me he rodeado de tantas cosas admirables a las que infelizmente no le había prestado atención.
Quien sabe, tal vez mi profesión hoy día, sería otra.
Igual me siento dichoso por la oportunidad y la forma que ha llegado este evento hasta mí.

Cautivado por su belleza y la gracia con la que adornan mi vida y el jardín de la casa.
No he tenido suficiente de ellas y lo genuino de su florecer, la combinación de sus colores, así como lo pausado de su crecimiento hasta que llega a abrir sus flores.
Me parece magnífico y muy elegante su proceso.
Aprovecho cualquier instante el atractivo de esta maravillosa flor es para disfrutarlo al máximo, es lo que creo. Ya que de día o de noche son un espectáculo.
Pienso que al final de cuentas, esos instantes son muy significativos, no solo por qué me involucro con su ciclo de vida al cuidarlas, sino también por la disciplina que adquiero con esta oportunidad.
Great Experience
Today I remember so many special moments, so many memories, among them a distant one, my childhood, my home, where I always saw in my parents the care towards the plants and nature.
I visualize in those memories my dad taking care of several plants, we lived in an apartment, so he had to use his ingenuity to create an improvised, but each time improved space for them, he dedicated the time that was necessary to take care of them.
My mother, although she also had the same taste for plants as my father, she focused her attention on orchids, she has always been fascinated by them.
I also have memories where I spent a few minutes watching how she took care of them, as well as how beautiful those flowers were. They had a shape characteristic of my country.
I never imagined it, but life gave me the gift of reliving those emotions on a daily basis, since I take care of orchids in the house where I currently reside. New residence, new life, new habits and hobbies.
I am no expert in the area, but I have dedicated time to take care of them, it is gratifying to see how they grow little by little and the beauty that represents their blooming, each type so genuine, knowing that I am part of all that natural process through their care I like it very much.
I am originally from Venezuela, a country that I always keep in mind, I have had the joy of living these last years in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
It is clear that I found many differences being in another country, one of many was the orchid flower, here in Rio some of the people who have this flower in their house or garden, have never seen the typical or better known form of my country. Like the one I show at the beginning of the publication.
For me, the interaction with them is wonderful, I have had to learn about so many things, about types of wood, climatic conditions, daily care tools, location, changes in the weather seasons and how it affects them, coal, stone, so I could continue to list many other things, it is a whole subject. Tasks to accomplish.
I have received this opportunity with much optimism I am in connection with nature and contributing to it, relating more and more.

So much variety, I imagine there are a lot of orchid types, each being affected by the region and conditions where it grows.

I still have yet to learn, but the little I have known, has been amazing, they possess a unique beauty, some are hidden in the night hours and reopen their form when the sun rises, I had never noticed something like that, I think in my past I have surrounded myself d⁹e so many admirable things to which I had unhappily not paid attention.
Who knows, maybe my profession today, would be another.
I still feel blessed by the opportunity and the way this event has come to me.

Captivated by their beauty and the grace with which they adorn my life and the garden of each one.
I have not had enough of them and how captivating their growth, the combination of their colors as well as how leisurely they grow until they open their flowers.
I find their process magnificent and very elegant.
Not only that, but I take advantage of any moment the attractiveness of this wonderful flower is to enjoy it to the maximum, is what I believe. Because day or night they are a spectacle.
I think that at the end of the day, those instants are very meaningful not only because I get involved in nature by taking care of them but also because of the discipline I acquire with this opportunity.

Que bonito que tengas lo que puede ser algo que te conecte con tu hogar con tu infancia aún en otro país con una cultura diferente, están hermosas las orquídeas se nota que han Sido cuidadas con mucho amor. Yo tengo una y justo este mes comienzo a esperar que florezca, la tengo desde hace un año y es muy hermoso verla evolucionar.
Esas flores son bellas, en una oportunidad llegué a regalar varias veces y lo que más me gusta es tu forma de conectarte con tus padres a través de esto. Saludos 🤝
