Buenos dias a todos, especial el dia para degustar unas empanadas de pollo, la cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, primero hervimos bien el pollo, luego cuando se enfria lo desmenusamos y le agregamos huevo duro, sal a gusto, un poco de pimienta blanca y sal a gusto, luego revolvemos bien, y asi vamos armando la empanadas, las cuales una ves elaboradas las cocinamos en el horno, quedando como se ve en la foto, tambien hervimos un poco de remolacha, cuando estan cocinadas las cortamos en trozos no muy pequeños.
en un volts, preparamos un poco de pepino cortado en trozos pequeños y tambien le agregamos zanahoria rallada, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
