I would Vote for this. But to get it done we would need to have support of ppl like @blocktrades, and if i could decide i think it would be better to cut off some od the ongoing proposalls. It would be enough if Blocktrades would stop supporting proposals at all.

More orcas are being formed. I might be wrong, but we might some day be enough to offset Dan plus any other whale.
