We are in a curious situation of both minimal powering down and minimal powering up in a bull run. It does seem that anyone buying in right now is not in it for the long term, but neither are the existing long term stakeholders cashing out.
The very notable exception being the DAO which is sequestering an orca's worth of Hive every 2 days.
