Would've been very nice, but HIVE lacks everything a company addresses. All of us have to push our influencers, whales and witnesses to start working together with us the community to fill in the gaps of marketing, community onboarding (sales essentially), technology creation (whatever is required to onboard a new community). Essentially we need to become more professional and start thinking and acting as a business.

Good point.

Where can I help with my skills and to whom / which Gremium/ group I have to talk?

Still not clear for me - and many other.

Hahahaha, that is the whole point indeed. We are a bunch of individuals and some people with power formed close groups which we dont know about how to get connected. We seem not to have a strong focus on organisation. Very difficult with eg witnesses, they think in anarchistic terms, not centralisation, while organisation means in the end centralisation of some sort. Some group of users/people need to become leaders and others shall work with those leaders. But that is contradicting to what many hard core crypto fans and supporters believe decentralisation is about.

No boss is one thing but no steering wheel is another issue.

Love to assist but where??

So, discussion might be a first step.

Feel invited to join the #HiveMeetupAachen or as you might say the #HiveMeetupAken at the end of the month.
We have a nice meeting room, some speeches from different projects and some BEER and a BBQ.

More information about the #HiveMeetupAachen is here and I love to meet you there

When having a steering wheel, somehow there is leadership. Leadership can come in many styles, but for sure any common dominator is that some people steer and others support to make the steering possible, in pure anarchists terms, those who support are slaves. I do believe self steering teams are possible, agile way of work (devsops) is kinda structure like that, though still there are some form of leaders, like the product owner.

Feel invited to join...

Thanks for the invite. I'll bookmark this comment for sure. My brother lives in Trier so I may be able to combine a visit to him and his family with a stop in Achen. And plz, use Achen since Aken is so not nice :)
