No, we need more new accounts that actually post and interact. There are so many accounts created who never do anything later.
No doubt we need created account to be active and ultimately new users joining the ecosystem. At the end of the day we need the numbers and activity.
They come back when it pumps. I created an account early 2017 and just left it for a while. Then steem pumped and now I'm here.
There are 200 new accounts every day and 0 more accounts posting.
New accounts mean nothing if no one starts posting as well.
