Hi @arcange, would you like to add a proposal to add a minimal transaction fee to all transfers/sending of HIVE, which will be automatically burned.

Example:
Send = 100 HIVE
Fee = 0.5% (static/dynamic?)
Receive = 99.5 HIVE
Burned = 0.5 HIVE

I disagree. That being implemented will defeat one of the advantages of Hive which is feeless transactions.
