The daily budget started to go down since 7/2 so it looks like we are spending more than what the DHF is receiving. It's not much but we should keep an eye on it.

That may be temporary due to conversions of HBD by the stabilizer when HBD is <0.99. It takes 3.5 days, so during that period the funds are "out" of the DHF, reducing the balance and budget, but will eventually be returned once conversions slow or stop.
That is a good point, I did not think about that.
Check pending conversions on @hbdstabilizer. I think peakd can show it, possibly other UIs.
