Yes, I know exchanges have their accounts and it is easy to see, but do you have a tool to compile the data? Like an open source software, or a proprietary one? Or do you check manually? Because in theory it should be easy to have a script to check the free float versus the exchanges balances but I have never seen it, for example, in a Hive block explorer
