@ecency is by far the best HIVE app to get any exposure and support. Although this support is also meagre. But this is more a problem of the HIVE system itself, where newcomers are not interesting for most of the big holders.
Among the great advantages of ecency, I would like to highlight the publication promotion system. It helps to somehow expand the audience. Although it is also sometimes unreliable and even posts that are advertised may remain invisible to other users.
