What are all those active accounts doing without earning? Splinterlands? We need a lot more to be actually engaging socially.
BTW Do you know of any estimates for how much energy Hive uses? It would be useful to counter those who say crypto is wasteful. I suspect it's not that massive relative to the number of transactions.

On the energy uses, its not a lot at all. I thnik @gtg had a post recently about it.
Oh yes, my recent post can show how not-much consensus node can use. Of course usually nodes consume a lot more but even if it's 10-20x... it's still negligible compared to PoW based networks.
