i grew up in iowa city yeah. i like iowans. yeah the iowa state fair was huge i remember going as a kid. yeah the giant pumpkin thing- people spend hundreds on special seeds to create them, then drive them to california to get them weighed. i saw a thing in the newpaper of a MN man who grew a 3500 pound pumpkin setting a world record or something
