Quiénes somos y qué hacemos
Somos un Emprendimiento Social (legalmente constituido en la República de Venezuela) dedicada a educar sobre Web3, Blockchain y Criptomonedas en jóvenes y adultos; Impulsamos emprendimientos brindando apoyo a startups y talentos nuevos y con experiencia del ecosistema criptográfico.
Organizamos talleres y mentorias físicas y digitales para capacitar en tecnologías descentralizadas, específicamente sobre la Blockchain de Hive y Bitcoin.
Promovemos el acceso a herramientas digitales y conocimientos tecnológicos para fomentar la inclusión en la Economía Digital y Economía Naranja.
Who we are and what we do
- We are a Social Entrepreneurship (legally constituted in the Republic of Venezuela) dedicated to educate about Web3, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies in young people and adults; We promote entrepreneurship by supporting startups and new and experienced talents in the crypto ecosystem.
- We organize physical and digital workshops and mentorships to train in decentralized technologies, specifically on the Hive Blockchain and Bitcoin.
- We promote access to digital tools and technological know-how to foster inclusion in the Digital Economy and Orange Economy.
Dónde hacemos vida:
Con motivo de hacer crecer la cultura digital emprendedora en el mundo cripto nos hemos propuesto hacer crecer nuestro proyecto en dos grandes plataformas de innovación abierta.
Comunidad de Telegram
En nuestro Canal + Grupo de Telegram los participantes van a poder tener un espacio de convivencia e información a la mano y cero compleja en donde podrán compartir con nosotros en diversas actividades tales como: Community Chat en donde a modo de foro digital van a poder aprender sobre diversos temas de la Web3 y Juegos Comunitarios en donde serán premiados con tokens y monedas digitales por su interacción en la comunidad.

Por otro lado, en la Blockchain de HIVE les invitamos a compartir con nosotros a modo de publicación, contenido original respecto a sus ideas de negocio, de emprendimiento y su día a día como trabajadores remotos, freelancer de diversas áreas o laboral en general con búsqueda de impulsar cada vez más al sector de la economía colaborativa del mundo digital.
También en nuestra comunidad de HIVE podrán ver un repositorio de nuestras actividades pasadas y futuras dejando constancia e invitación a lo que hacemos en la inmutabilidad del registro blockchain.

In order to grow the digital entrepreneurial culture in the crypto world we have proposed to grow our project in two major open innovation platforms.
Telegram Community
In our Channel + Group of Telegram participants will be able to have a space of coexistence and information at hand and zero complex where they can share with us in various activities such as: Community Chat where as a digital forum they will be able to learn about various topics of the Web3 and Community Games where they will be rewarded with tokens and digital coins for their interaction in the community.
HIVE Community
On the other hand, in the HIVE Blockchain we invite you to share with us as a publication, original content regarding your business ideas, entrepreneurship and your daily life as remote workers, freelancers in various areas or labor in general in search of boosting more and more the collaborative economy sector of the digital world.
Also in our HIVE community you will be able to see a repository of our past and future activities leaving a record and invitation to what we do in the immutability of the blockchain registry.

El Camino Descentralizado
Explicar sobre Blockchain y Web3 tiene que hacerse de la experiencia práctica y sobretodo desde la auditoría pública para que las personas puedan constatar y evidenciar nuestro trabajo.
Por esa razón particular aceptamos donaciones y los pagos de nuestros programas usando las redes de Bitcoin y Solana.
En cuanto a Bitcoin ya que lo vemos como la principal reserva de valor para la sostenibilidad de nuestra propuesta y de la cual podremos valernos para realizar nuestras actividades sin mucha burocracia financiera y no por ello menos auditable.
Y Solana por el hecho de poder recibir y tranzar con dólares digitales (en específico el $USDC) que presenten ante el mundo una auditoría fiscal real y poder mantenernos limpios ante cualquier inconveniente tributario de algún tercero.
The Decentralized Path
Explaining about Blockchain and Web3 has to be done from practical experience and above all from public audit so that people can verify and evidence our work.
For that particular reason we accept donations and payments for our programs using the Bitcoin and Solana networks.
As for Bitcoin because we see it as the main store of value for the sustainability of our proposal and which we can use to carry out our activities without much financial bureaucracy and no less auditable.
And Solana for the fact of being able to receive and trade with digital dollars (specifically the $USDC) that present before the world a real fiscal audit and to be able to keep us clean before any tax inconvenience of any third party.

Sin embargo nuestra estrategia de llevar a cabo Web3 Labs va más allá de Bitcoin y Solana. Como fieles creyentes de una economía digital sana, consideramos de vital importancia el uso de las Finanzas Descentralizadas en donde podamos aumentar reservas de valor para llevar a cabo nuestras propuestas a la comunidad de una manera rápida y eficiente. Por esa razón entran en juego la Blockchain de Dash y TON quienes ambas han tenido una aceptación al menos en Venezuela bastante interesantes.
Sin dejar de lado nuestra actividad constante en cuanto a marketing y creación de valor en la Blockchain de Hive donde dejamos publicaciones como esta atrayendo a futuros colaboradores, aliados y leads de nuestros programas.
However our strategy to run Web3 Labs goes beyond Bitcoin and Solana. As faithful believers of a healthy digital economy, we consider of vital importance the use of Decentralized Finance where we can increase reserves of value to carry out our proposals to the community in a fast and efficient way. For that reason the Dash and TON Blockchain come into play, both of which have had a very interesting acceptance at least in Venezuela.
Without leaving aside our constant activity in terms of marketing and value creation in the Hive Blockchain where we leave publications like this attracting future collaborators, allies and leads of our programs.

Es por ello que para nosotros es tan importante el apoyo que nos ha brindado Bitget Exchange y Bitunix Exchange, si bien son competencia el uno del otro, en cripto no es mal visto tener el apoyo de 2 empresas que sean competencia el uno del otro; al contrario desde un punto de vista de impacto eso les da más credibilidad a los proyectos y publicidad a las plataformas.
En Bitget además de hacer compras y ventas con modalidad peer-to-peer de tus criptomonedas, también podrás hacer Trading de Futuros o Spot; pedir préstamos (que a los emprendedores les va de maravilla esta herramienta) y muchas cosas más siempre y cuando hayas podido pasar tu verificación "KYC" (Know Your Customer) sin embargo esta verificación no es para todos los países hispanohablantes.
Por esa razón nos juntamos con Bitunix quienes (por ahora) no tienen una restricción de KYC, sin embargo una limitante es que es una plataforma netamente para Trading de Criptomonedas.
Así como verán, estas alianzas sirven según el contexto y la necesidad de nuestros usuarios y así llegar a la mayor cantidad de personas posibles.
That is why for us it is so important the support that Bitget Exchange and Bitunix Exchange have given us, although they are competitors of each other, in crypto it is not bad to have the support of 2 companies that are competitors of each other; on the contrary from an impact point of view that gives more credibility to the projects and publicity to the platforms.
In Bitget besides making purchases and sales in peer-to-peer mode of your cryptocurrencies, you can also make Futures or Spot Trading; ask for loans (which is a great tool for entrepreneurs) and many more things as long as you have been able to pass your “KYC” verification (Know Your Customer), however this verification is not for all Spanish-speaking countries.
For that reason we teamed up with Bitunix who (for now) do not have a KYC restriction, however one limitation is that it is a platform purely for Cryptocurrency Trading.
So as you will see, these alliances serve according to the context and the need of our users and thus reach as many people as possible.

Al mismo tiempo gracias a ser Embajadores KOC de estos Exchanges pudimos conectar con @ecacademy y lograr una alianza de lujo en poder tener la oportunidad de capacitar a los usuarios de nuestra comunidad en el área de Trading de Criptomonedas.
