Saludos amigos de @hivearte, esta es mi primera vez publicando en esta linda comunidad, me presento: mi nombre es Beatriz, soy de Venezuela.
Decidí incursionar en el arteterapia por una invitación de @mariale07, ver sus hermosos dibujos coloreados a mano de verdad que son inspiradores y relajantes. Así que aquí les muestro mi primer dibujo.
Los colores utilizados son los de la cartuchera de mi hijo Jeremías, colores kores, son bastante buenos y pintan bonito. Hace dias compré unos marcadores resaltadores punta fina, los utilicé en este dibujo. Y el dibujo es una descarga libre de internet, me metí en Google, coloqué dibujos para colorear arte terapia, encontré una variedad infinita de bellezas. Elegí este porque tiene un mensaje GRACIAS.
Y es que me siento agradecida, con Dios, con mi familia, con mis amigos, con mi trabajo, con la vida.
Esta semana he recibido varios mensajes de ánimo de personas que la verdad nunca pensé que me quisieran tanto. Te amamos Bea, levántate y sigue adelante, te quiero. Esos mensajes nunca los voy a borrar.
Agradezco de corazón a esas personas por esos mensajes de aliento tan lindos.
Últimamente estoy pasando por un proceso depresivo, comencé una terapia psicológica que me está ayudando a sobrellevar mis conflictos internos del pasado, heridas que aún no he logrado sanar. Entre las tareas de la terapia está realizar alguna actividad relajante y placentera como por ejemplo el arteterapia lo que incluye alguna manualidad. La semana pasada hice bisutería y me gustó mucho, esta semana decidí colorear.
Este dibujo me gustó al principio por el mensaje que trae, me impulsa a ser agradecida con todo lo que tengo y he recibido por la bondad amorosa de Dios.
Cuando comencé a colorear noté que el dibujo en sí tiene elementos que comparto con mi familia, por ejemplo un girasol, a mi madre le gustan mucho los girasoles, de hecho hace tiempo logro sembrar unos girasoles en el jardin de la casa. El dibujo tiene una mariposa, eso es algo que me representa, constantemente estoy en una fase de metamorfosis, un cambio constante, adaptándome a las circunstancias y siendo resiliente.
El dibujo tiene hojas, las pinte de verde y mientras las coloreaba recordaba un video de @mariale07 en el que ella decía que uno siempre debe empezar los dibujos con su color favorito y allí ella descubrió que su color favorito es el verde.
Este dibujo tiene algo muy parecido a las olas del mar, las pinté de azul marino y azul cielo, me recuerdan a mi hijo, nuestro lugar favorito es la playa.
También encontré florecitas en mi dibujo, me recuerdan a mi sobrina Isabella y a mi hermana menor Estefanía, las princesas de la casa.
Algo bastante interesante del dibujo es que en la parte superior derecha tiene un sol y una nube, a sus alrededores traté de formar un arcoiris, creo que me quedó bastante bien. Este arcoiris me recuerda que después de la tormenta siempre llega la calma adornada con colores para llenarnos de paz, gratitud y felicidad.
Luego de terminar mi dibujo me sentí mas tranquila, más positiva, aunque la elección del dibujo fue pura casualidad, pude encontrar en el eso que estaba buscando: agradecimiento.
Y hablando un poquito de la técnica de colorear, pues no tengo ninguna técnica, no las conozco, la verdad no sé hacer un degradado o un sombreado. Mi dibujo está bastante plano; para las letras use los marcadores y todo lo demás fue coloreado con crayones. Quiero aprender y por eso he decido continuar coloreando.

Greetings friends of @hivearte, this is my first time posting in this beautiful community, I introduce myself: my name is Beatriz, I'm from Venezuela.
I decided to dabble in art therapy by an invitation from @mariale07, seeing her beautiful hand colored drawings are really inspiring and relaxing. So here I show you my first drawing.
The colors used are the ones from my son Jeremiah's pencil case, kores colors, they are quite good and paint beautifully. A few days ago I bought some fine tip highlighters, I used them in this drawing. And the drawing is a free download from the internet, I went on Google, I put art therapy coloring pages, I found an infinite variety of beauties. I chose this one because it has a message THANK YOU.
And I feel grateful, with God, with my family, with my friends, with my work, with life.
This week I have received several messages of encouragement from people that I never thought they would love me so much. We love you Bea, get up and keep going, I love you. Those messages I will never erase.
I thank those people from the bottom of my heart for such nice messages of encouragement.
Lately I am going through a depressive process, I started a psychological therapy that is helping me to overcome my internal conflicts of the past, wounds that I have not been able to heal yet. Among the tasks of the therapy is to do some relaxing and pleasurable activity such as art therapy which includes some handicraft. Last week I made costume jewelry and I liked it very much, this week I decided to color.
I liked this drawing at first because of the message it brings, it urges me to be grateful with everything I have and have received because of God's loving kindness.
When I started coloring I noticed that the drawing itself has elements that I share with my family, for example a sunflower, my mother likes sunflowers very much, in fact some time ago I managed to plant some sunflowers in the garden of the house. The drawing has a butterfly, that is something that represents me, I am constantly in a phase of metamorphosis, a constant change, adapting to the circumstances and being resilient.
The drawing has leaves, I painted them green and while coloring them I remembered a video of @mariale07 in which she said that one should always start drawings with their favorite color and there she discovered that her favorite color is green.
This drawing has something very similar to the waves of the sea, I painted them in navy blue and sky blue, they remind me of my son, our favorite place is the beach.
I also found little flowers in my drawing, they remind me of my niece Isabella and my younger sister Estefania, the princesses of the house.
Something quite interesting about the drawing is that in the upper right part it has a sun and a cloud, around them I tried to form a rainbow, I think it looked pretty good. This rainbow reminds me that after the storm always comes the calm, adorned with colors to fill us with peace, gratitude and happiness.
After finishing my drawing I felt calmer, more positive, although the choice of the drawing was pure chance, I could find in it what I was looking for: gratitude.
And speaking a little bit about the coloring technique, I don't have any technique, I don't know them, I really don't know how to make a gradient or a shading. My drawing is quite flat; for the letters I used markers and everything else was colored with crayons. I want to learn and that's why I've decided to continue coloring.
Writing this post was also therapeutic. It's time for me to say goodbye, thanks for reading, I hope you liked my art therapy.
