Greetings, today I´m sharing with you the process and result of this chibi drawing I made, of my character Dolly, once again continuing with the third part of my chibi series.
Saludos, hoy les comparto el proceso y resultado de este dibujo chibi que hice de mi personaje Dolly, una vez más continuando con la tercera parte de mi serie de chibis.
Talking more about her, I created her a few months ago, I had in mind making a shy menhera girl with twintails to be the new image of "Neoshuko". To name her I got inspired by Sewerslvt´s song Ecifircas, that contains voice samples from the American series Moral Orel.
I plan to change her design her again in a near future to polish her appearance, once I finish developing her backstory and personality.
Hablando un poco más sobre ella, la creé hace algunos meses, tenía en mente hacer una chica tímida menhera con coletas para ser la nueva imagen de "Neoshuko". Para nombrarla me inspiré en la canción Ecifircas de Sewerslvt, que contiene muestras de voz de la serie estadounidense Moral Orel.
Planeo cambiar se diseño otra vez en un futuro cercano para pulir su apariencia, una vez termine de desarrollar su trasfondo y personalidad.
Process
While sketching and lining, it was a little difficult for me to draw her twintails as I don´t use to draw hair stands that fall below the shoulders´ height too often, or at lest not reciently.
Al bocetear y delinear, me fue un poco complicado dibujar sus coletas ya que no suelo dibujar mechones de cabello que bajen de la altura de los hombros muy a menudo, o al menos no recientemente.
I begun to apply base colours and I went to detail her eyes first, a part I was concerned about, then I coloured her skin, in fact, this time I forgot a the lines I tend to draw on the blush, when I realized I thought it´d be better to leave it as it was heh
Comencé a aplicar los colores base y pasé a detallar sus ojos primero, una parte que me inquietaba, entonces coloreé su piel, de hecho, esta vez olvidé las lineas que suelo dibujar en el rubor, cuando me dí cuenta pensé que sería mejor dejarlo como era jej
Here you can see that I started to colour her hair and then her clothes, I wanted to give her hair a somewhat dainty look.
Aquí pueden ver que comencé a colorear su cabello y después su ropa, quise darle a su cabello un aspecto algo delicado.
To finish, I coloured the lines and fixed the colours to improve the image´s overall aesthetic.
Para finalizar, coloreé las lineas y corregí los colores para mejorar la estética general de la imagen.
Result
Actually I originally made this drawing 6 days ago, yet have had in mind that I was going to upload it here someday, I just kept avoiding the work structuring a blog requires T-T
I´m going to work on those goals I don´t wanna work on- With discipline it´ll come natural to me to write :^
En realidad, originalmente hice este dibujo hace 6 días, aunque he tenido en cuenta que lo subiría aquí en algún momento, me quede evitando el trabajo que requiere estructurar un blog T-T
Me voy a poner las pilas con esas metas en las que no me apetece trabajar- Con disciplina ya me va a ser natural lo de escribir :^
I drew it in IbisPaint X from my phone and it took me about to 3 hours and half, I used MediBang Paint Pro to edit the pictures for this post from my government pc as usual👍
Lo dibujé en IbisPaint X desde mi teléfono y me tomo al rededor de 3 horas y media, usé MediBang Paint Pro para editar las imágenes para este post desde mi pc de gobierno (la canaimita modificada) como de costumbre👍
