Esta vez les presento un diseño el cual le dediqué un tiempo considerable. Su significado es la interpretación de cómo es la vida ante mis ojos.

Este trabajo está hecho a pintura al frio sobre cartón.
.
El reloj de arena hace referencia a la vida. Siempre la he visto como un día menos, donde se consume, vamos quemando etapas, días y tiempo. La rosa es la representación de que a pesar de todo podemos encontrar algo bonito dentro de ella, sin embargo, también termina ardiendo en llamas.

This time I present to you a design which I spent considerable time on. Its meaning is the interpretation of how life is before my eyes.

This work is done with cold paint on cardboard.

The hourglass refers to life. I have always seen it as one day less, where it is consumed, we are burning stages, days and time. The rose is the representation that despite everything we can find something beautiful within it, however, it also ends up burning in flames.

Como acostumbro, inicio plasmando la idea principal en papel, creando un boceto a lápiz.

As usual, I start by capturing the main idea on paper, creating a pencil sketch.

Comienzo con el fondo, aunque a decir verdad no me sentía a gusto como iba quedando.

I'll start with the background, although to tell the truth I didn't feel comfortable with how it turned out.

Decidí cambiar de color y la técnica, formando parte del fuego y la rosa que se encuentran dentro del reloj de arena, sin embargo, el fondo seguía sin gustarme del todo.

I decided to change the color and the technique, forming part of the fire and the rose that are inside the hourglass, however, I still didn't like the background at all.

Aplico un tono azul, el cual me convenció y termino de darle forma al fuego.

I apply a blue tone, which convinced me and I finish giving shape to the fire.

Le añado textura a la madera que forma parte del cuerpo del reloj; agrego luz tanto en el reloj como en la mesa, la cual le aporta profundidad al cuadro.

I add texture to the wood that is part of the body of the clock; I add light both on the clock and on the table, which gives depth to the painting.

Finalmente trazo la figura del vidrio, tomando en cuenta la luz que desprende del fuego.

Finally I draw the figure of the glass, taking into account the light that comes from the fire.

El resultado fue un avance considerable en mi desarrollo en la pintura, ya que es una composición propia y muestra la perspectiva que tengo sobre la vida, resaltando que hablar sobre ella es bastante complejo.

The result was a considerable advance in my development in painting, since it is my own composition and it shows the perspective I have on life, highlighting that talking about it is quite complex.
