I really like the initiatives of this community, but I particularly love this one because it has a lot to do with my profession since I am a pastry chef, and although in the academy I learned to develop recipes of all kinds, they even gave me the necessary tools for me to create my own, it is also true that as time goes by new trends emerge, especially in my area, pastry, so it is not surprising that chefs resort to some references on the internet, and in my case I resort to a couple of youtube channels that I love, not only because the recipes they have are wonderful, I tell them properly because I have tested them in my work, but because I love their aesthetic so flirty, that is precisely the style that I like and that I would adopt if I had my own kitchen, or at least a recording set for the creation of content of this type.
Precisamente el primer canal del que me gustaría hablarles se llama La cooquette, esta chica prepara comida de todo tipo tanto dulce como salada, pero yo tomo como referencia sus postres, me encanta su forma de prepararlos y ya que he probado sus fórmulas les puedo decir que realmente funcionan, sus postres son deliciosos. Ella siempre está probando nuevas tendencias y probando nuevas recetas. Además también me gusta que a veces se sale de lo convencional en su canal al salir de su cocina y hacer un contenido diferente, como visitar lugares emblemáticos, como cuando fue al Mcdonalds más antiguo del mundo.
Precisely the first channel I would like to tell you about is called La cooquette, this girl prepares all kinds of food both sweet and savory, but I take as a reference her desserts, I love the way she prepares them and since I have tried her formulas I can tell you that they really work, her desserts are delicious. She is always trying new trends and trying new recipes. I also like that sometimes she goes out of the conventional in her channel by going out of her kitchen and making different content, like visiting emblematic places, like when she went to the oldest Mcdonalds in the world.

Mi video favorito me ayudó mucho en mi carrera porque aunque yo había aprendido a preparar esta receta en la academia culinaria donde estudié, creo que el método que ella maneja es mucho más sencillo, así que me gustó más y me resultó más fácil, incluso fue esta receta la que usé para impresionar a mis jefes durante la prueba que me hicieron luego de mi entrevista de trabajo 😄.
My favorite video helped me a lot in my career because although I had learned to prepare this recipe at the culinary academy where I studied, I think the method she handles is much simpler, so I liked it more and it was easier for me, it was even this recipe that I used to impress my bosses during the test they gave me after my job interview 😄.
Mi segunda referencia es Quiero Cuecakes, otro canal estupendo que me ha ayudado mucho a lo largo de mi carrera, esta chica tiene un estilo muy delicado al hornear y además de que me gustan sus recetas, también me gusta su forma de emplatar los postres, se ven hermosos y muy provocativos, algo que he adoptado en la pastelería donde trabajo, y modestia aparte a todos los comensales que llegan a la pastelería les encanta.
My second reference is Quiero Cuecakes, another great channel that has helped me a lot throughout my career, this girl has a very delicate style when baking and besides the fact that I like her recipes, I also like her way of plating the desserts, they look beautiful and very provocative, something that I have adopted in the bakery where I work, and modesty aside all the diners who come to the bakery love it.

Les voy a contar una anécdota, en el restaurante donde trabajé antes de llegar a la cafetería/pastelería en la que estoy ahora me pidieron que preparara un pie de limón, y es algo que yo no había preparado hasta ese momento, fue parte de mi pensum de estudios obviamente pero no hubo demasiado énfasis en ello, así que jamás la había preparado, entonces pensé rápido, saqué mi celular y busqué el canal de esta chica, vi con mucha atención su video sobre Pie de limón y quedé encantada con su método y emplatado, así que se puede decir que me salvó en ese momento 😄, aunque obviamente yo tuve que ajustar las cantidades a los moldes individuales de los que yo disponía en ese lugar. Con el pasar del tiempo yo misma modifiqué un poco la receta para darle un toque y estilo más personal y la verdad es que gracias a Dios resultó bastante bien.
I am going to tell you an anecdote, in the restaurant where I worked before arriving to the cafeteria/pastry shop where I am now they asked me to prepare a lemon pie, and it is something that I had not prepared until that moment, it was part of my curriculum obviously but there was not too much emphasis on it, so I had never prepared it, then I thought fast, I took out my cell phone and looked for this girl's channel, I watched her video about Pie de limón very carefully and I was delighted with her method and plating, so you can say that she saved me at that moment 😄, although obviously I had to adjust the quantities to the individual molds I had available at that place. As time went by, I modified the recipe a bit to give it a more personal touch and style and the truth is that, thank God, it turned out quite well.

Definitely these two channels have been a great support for me, I love them and I plan to achieve something similar someday, God willing, creating culinary content.

I love that you have brought in channels that have helped you personally with your career and now we can all get to know them. I really didn't know there was such a thing as fried ice cream, I was surprised and the girl explains it beautifully. The second recipe is wonderful, what a great channel.

Que linda es tu carrera, la pasteleria es todo un arte, cada ingrediente debe ser administrado de forma cuidadosa, un poco de mas o un poco de menos y ups jaja que bueno que estos canales te hayan ayudado tanto para tus practicas como para la prueba de trabajo jeje y es que en internet podemos mejorar y complementar lo que vamos aprendiendo ❤️
