I also agree DeFi is like the ICO hype for me too, also I expect to have some losses too .. I am realy trying not to be so much ignorant as I was during ICO hype..
I remember Chris best advice/knowledge "after" the ICO hangover: I should have boght only tokens that I believe I will use in future or that I really beleive in..
