Yes. HIVE is a base layer asset for the HIVE network. Although I refer to Bitcoin as level 0 so HIVE and Ethereum are risk level 1.
You're still correct though. We could just as easily call Bitcoin level 1 and then Ethereum, HIVE and Cosmos level 2 :)
Yep, you are right. Forgot how you numbered them, but at least I mentioned it's right after bitcoin. :)
