Okay, so 😁… about two or three months ago, I had this "brilliant" idea. I decided to make my own Hive community, this one. Sounds mysterious, mix of "zagonetka" and "astronauts". I was so proud of this idea. Aaaand I posted twice. And then... absolutely nothing. Silence. The kind of silence where even crickets are like, "A-a, nah, we're not staying here, bye bye".
The truth is, I never really developed the whoe idea. Or maybe it just wasn't that great in the first place. Who knows. My plan was to make a fun corner for riddles, logical questions, brain teasers, small mysteries and that kind of playful thinking stuff. I've always loved that. Back in the old forum days, I used to join those games all the time, both to guess and to post. So I thought, why not bring that same spirit to Hive? People like to think, right? Or maybe they just didn't find my two lonely posts inspiring enough to join. Which, honestly, I can't even blame anyone for. (I know it's the second one)
To be completely honest, I started the whole thing mostly because I wanted to check another point on the hive buzz tour. You know that little list of challenges? It's addictive. You feel like you're leveling up in some strange internet game. "Create a community" it said, and I was like "Of course I will". And I did. And then I disappeared. Mission accomplished. NOT! xD
From that day until literally today, I completely forgot that Zagonauts even exist. Which already says a lot about how strong the idea really was. If even the creator forgets about it… yeah... Anyway, today I somehow remembered it and decided to visit. And there it was, still existing, sitting there like a half-inflated balloon after a birthday party, ready to be thrown in the trash.
Now I'm wondering what do I do with it? Should I just leave it empty, pretending it's a minimalist art project or should I actually try to make something out of it?
That's the riddle of today's day.
Maybe it can become something else. The good news is, it's small enough that nobody will complain if I completely change direction. The bad news is, I have absolutely no clue what direction that should be.
It kind of feels like when you buy a fancy notebook, write two pages of deep thoughts and then forget it in a drawer for next six months. But you can't throw it away because you might continue one day. Zagonauts is basically that notebook, and my drawer is already full of them.
Hive already has so many amazing communities. You name it, it exists. Art, photography, food, travel, writing, pets, philosophy, memes, crypto… everything! So what am I even doing here, trying to invent something new in 2025? It's like showing up late to a party where everyone already has their group and the snacks are almost gone. 🍿
Still, a small part of me thinks that maybe, with some effort, something could grow from it. Like a little green plant pushing through the concrete. Maybe if I just post from time to time, something will eventually happen. But what to post... hm.
Another random thought I had was to just rename the whole thing into something like
"Bibana Again Talking Nonsense".
That would honestly fit much better, because I'm constantly rambling on hive anyway. But then, that would turn the community into my personal diary of unorganized thoughts and I wanted a place where everyone can write and share interesting stuff.
The problem is, I have no idea how to design that kind of space. I can't even decide what to eat for lunch most days, phah. So that's why I am now sharing my confusion with you, dear frienss. Maybe some of you have a good idea. Maybe a silly one. Actually, I prefer silly ones. :D
And while we're at it, here's a riddle for you: What happens to an idea when nobody remembers it?

Razmišljam o tome i imam više ideja. Pre nego što otvorim zajednicu moram smisliti kako da bude intrraktivna a da bude jedinstvena po temi

Ne bi ovde da iznosim ideje jer se plašim da neko ne ukrade ideju koja mi je večeras pala na pamet. Ako želiš da ti otkrijem piši mi privatno na broj telefona. Ako imamo isto interesovanje možemo zajedno da vodimo tu zajednicu.
Razumem, razumem, pametno je sto tako razmisljas ako zelis vec da otvaras svoju u buducnosti. Ma neka, vise sam pitala radi caskanja s ljudima, mozda neko bude imao ideju a ne zeli da je on sam implementira. Kad budes napravio svakako javi da se uclanim i pozovem ljude. :D
Instalirao sam i registrovao se na Discord da tamo pronadjem zajednice koje su i ovde na Peakd ali imam problem. Ja ne umem da pronadjem tamo zajednice i neznam kako se koristi Discord 🫣😔
A pčelice ću sutra se registrovati, sada mi je kasno, umoran i bez koncentracije.
Tvoja zajednica je ORIGINALNA i mislim da nema takve zajednice ovde na Peakd. Kada tvoja zajednica bude imala više članova onda možeš početi sa zadavanjem nedeljnim ili dnevnim temama za pisanje ili rešavanje zagonetki. Ne znam kako to još sve funkcioniše ali može biti takmičarskog duha sa nagradama u vidu Hive ili drugih tokena a ti da budeš glavna u ocenjianju i nagradjivanju članova. Koliko sam shvatio, ovde najbolje su posećene interaktivne zajednice.

Great idea @keithtaylor. I went and joined the community. I look forward to seeing new puzzles. It doesn't even have to be every day if there's a good puzzle that will take some time to figure out.
