We'd do it the way we did the old ones. Funds raised go to leasing Hive Power for @ssg-community and then the value flows back to members through upvotes. Members would also have first option on providing the HP leases at a nice rate - currently 13.5% APR.
I'd like to do it a bit more structured this time if we decide on a regular 6-month cycle, we'd budget the funds to spread across leases for the 6 months in-between events.
