I've been picking up US Modern Commemorative Constitutional Silver Dollars all month. The Local Coin Shop has been junking them, in their original protective capsules, for quite a while, discarding their US Mint boxes & Certificates of Authenticity. It seems there is not much interest in the Treasures. The BU versions can be up to ten times rarer, than Proofs, in final mintage numbers. The US Mint has been minting Commemorative, ninety percent Silver Dollars since 1982. In 2019, the US Mint went to 0.999 pure Silver. Some have a mintage, as low, as about 10,000. There are about 50 different, in both BU & Proof.
