I feel like plague nurse assistant is a post anthology waiting to happen! Is she the one popping pustules? Maybe after months of working under a condescending know it all doctor, she sabotages his mask, he subsequently dies of plague and she steps into the role and under the mask but no one is the wiser. 🤔
