I have heard of roll hunting for silver but I don't know where you would start. Do you go to the bank and ask for certain rolls or do you just ask for a bunch of mixed rolls and take your chances?

No, I check out the Local Coin Shops. They usually buy and sell, at ten percent commission, on either end.
