I am sorry that you are having such a rough go this year. It must be very difficult with your mom's situation. And of course the anxiety with work, the dog and the pandemic and and and . . .
I struggle every day, almost to the point of what is the point. I try to stick to a routine, sometimes the only thing I accomplish is the routine making it the only victory of the day.
For what it is worth, I will keep you and your mom in my prayers. I do seem to manage to say those every day.
