This random round arrived with my last order, it's a Stovepipe Sterling from the Soldier Bullion Series, from the Patriot Coins mint.

Soldier Bullion

The Patriot Coins mint presents the Soldier Bullion coin series, featuring World War 2 soldiers in different battle postures - they were going for the toy plastic army soldier feel, that's why the character in the coin is cartoon style. Other novelty minted rounds from Patriot Coins include the New Jersey Legalized coin, Trump 2020, Unleash the Beast, Trumpinator, a Bitcoin coin, and many other coin, political, and pop culture designs.

Stovepipe Sterling

Stovepipe Silver is one of the rounds in the Soldier Bullion collection. Stovepipe was the nickname given to the M1 Bazooka, a WW2 anti-tank rocket launcher - it resembled a 1930s musical instrument called the stovepipe. Soldiers that wielded the stovepipe were called sterlings - fitting for this 1oz .999 pure silver round (Source).

The front side of the coin has a star in the center of the coin with broad radial lines in the background. in front of the star is the text "SOLDIER BULLION". Along the bottom curve of the coin is the text "ONE OUNCE 999 PURE SILVER".

The reverse side of the coin has a green plastic army style toy soldier holding a M1 Bazooka on his shoulder, taking a knee, and an aim. To his side is a missile, along the bottom curve of the coin is the text "STOVEPIPE STERLING", flanked by three stars on each side.

A fun design with this Stovepipe Sterling round from the Soldier Bullion Series, another fine silver addition to the stack.

Pretty damn cool round! I've not seen one before but I like it. The M1 Bazooka... Way before my army days!

PLAY & EARN $DOOM

I remember the bazooka soldier from the plastic green toy army guys, played with a set of them when I was little :D

I could have easily mistaken this silver round as play/toy money if it weren't for the inscription and feeling the weight.

Seeing it on the screen, the Soldier Bullion side does remind me of a game arcade token :)

That's a bad ass looking coin

I scooped one up too , the premium is not too bad

I lucked out with this one and it came through random on the lowest premium 1oz assorted round price, they must have had one laying around because when I checked it on the site later it was out of stock.

That is an interesting looking round. I will have to check out their site. Being a retired military, I take an interest in these types collectables.
