Every March 17, my friends and I would traditionally get-together after work at an Irish Pub.
Today is different because we will each be celebrating within the confines of our own individual homes.

Very nice bestie. I didnt look up the recipe but i do an irish stew often. My meat is marinaded in Guiness beer. π€πππ·
I know that you are a great cook, @silverd510!!! Soon my roast will be ready, and I hope I remember to take a photo of it! I have not tried making stew with beer, that I do my Osso with Pinot, of course.

I made corned beef and cabbage today... My own little solitary celebration! π
I overdid it yesterday! I had Irish stew for lunch and a corned beef roast for dinner! Too much. I was still digesting to the wee hours of the morning for sure. And so now I have to find a way to burn all that calories up!
