Southeast Refining is a Commercial Bar issued in 1981 and Yes they do have Serial Numbers as we can see in this post. My Silver Art Bar Guide by Archie Kidd Fourth Edition does not give any estimate on the Amount of Silver Bars Minted. That being said anytime I see these at my LCS and I don't have to pay more than lets say $5.00 over Spot I will always pick them Up............ They are nice to add to the Stack and Remember these are over 40 years old and they are not making any more of them !

South East Refining was a mint based out of Panama City, Florida. It's brief period of operations extended from March 1980 to December 1982. Not much else is known about the company. During its existence it produced a handful of bars and rounds. There were only two known rounds produced by the company both featuring eagles on the obverse. One is an eagle soaring above the clouds while the other bears an eagle similar to the reverse of the Coronet gold coins. Neither round is dated but both are minted with .999 Fine Silver.
