Queridos amigos llegó el fin de semana y que mejor que disfrutar de unas ricas cervezas en la comodidad del hogar.
Hoy les muestro la cerveza Holtland es una cerveza importada de Bélgica, tipo lager premium.
Es una cerveza bastante ligera ideal para este verano que estamos atravesando en Venezuela, solo tiene 4.2° de alcohol.
En sus ingredientes menciona que es una mezcla de cebada malteada con otros cereales sin maltear, para los que no saben el proceso de maltear un cereal es básicamente un tostado controlado que puede ser con una fermentación previa o no todo depende de la receta a seguir. Por supuesto como toda cerveza contiene lúpulo y sus porcentajes de levaduras.
Cómo dato curioso de la compañía ví algo que llamo mi atención y es que dice que tienen una fundación para el alcoholismo y que con la compra de cada cerveza se abonan 10 centavos para la fundación 🤣 me da risa pero no le veo sentido a esa retroalimentación.
Aquí en Venezuela está disponible en algunos bodegones premium o en cadenas de supermercados grandes.
Espero se animen a probarla a refrescarse con ella.

Dear friends, the weekend is here and what better than to enjoy some delicious beers in the comfort of your home.
Today I show you Holtland beer is an imported beer from Belgium, premium lager type.
It is a very light beer, ideal for this summer that we are going through in Venezuela, it only has 4.2° of alcohol.
In its ingredients it mentions that it is a mixture of malted barley with other unmalted cereals, for those who do not know the process of malting a cereal is basically a controlled roasting that can be with a previous fermentation or not, it all depends on the recipe to follow. Of course, like all beers, it contains hops and their percentages of yeast.
As a curious fact about the company I saw something that caught my attention and it says that they have a foundation for alcoholism and that with the purchase of each beer you pay 10 cents for the foundation 🤣 I laugh but I don't see the sense in that feedback.
Here in Venezuela it is available in some premium bodegones or large supermarket chains.

Esa cerveza por aquí no la he visto... Si la veo por aquí te cuento, eso de por cada cerveza comprada donas centavos para una campaña sobre el alcoholismo me parece demasiado cara dura. Pero bueno, como siempre digo, pudo haber sido peor.
