Android has plenty of platform games which mostly lack the quality graphics that we expect in the year 2020. A lot of games are loaded with 8 bit graphics which kind of forcefully makes you feel like you are in 1990s.
Oddmar is something different.

This game is not only good with graphics but for those who are into platformer adventure games, they are a good story trail to follow.
Game Difficulty
You'd notice that the game is pretty easy to finish few levels. But as you move ahead the jumps and the right placement of the oddmar and his weapons is necessary to get through the levels. It gets difficult as you move in further levels. On difficulty side, I'd say casual platformer player can definitely finish it without much of hassle.

Jumping through various difficult points however takes some time. I have managed to clear few of the levels in one jump and required no retakes or loss but as levels push ahead. I kind of needed more levels to push through.
Story
Basically oddmar as you can guess from the graphics and the name, it represents the norway culture or you can nord culture. It basically follows a trail of a guy who everybody thinks is not worthy and he has to prove himself by going on a journey.
For a platformer adventure game, this is pretty much a good story that will keep you engaged on the churning trail for a while. Not just for kids, even for adults, this story is good enough to follow and go till the end. I'd say I am pretty much impressed with the trail stories along the way.

Graphics
What about graphics? I am glad you asked. It seems like the graphics is the strong part of this game. I got my attention on this game purely out of the graphics and then stayed for the gameplay trail.

I won't be surprised that you will find yourself confused on how this game is not paid or maybe loaded with ads. Though there are some microtransactions inside. But you can skip through them if you are a churner.
Conclusion
If you are into platformer games, then playing oddmar is something you would enjoy. And considering it is free and more focused on churning if not went through microtransaction, you are in safe hands. The game is pretty good with story and also fun with audio too.
