in 22 Yards3 years ago

Hi, companions how are all of you. I trust all of you are well. This my entrance for the 22 Yards Community challenge.
Sorry for tagingPlease take a look to my team@anthony2019, @efren3103, @manuvert, @zahidsun, @duncanek, @pankajkabdwal, @ansardillewali, @imfarhad, @t20headtohead, @birjudanak, @sagarvlog, @certain

In this era of T-Twenty and ODI, Test matches have still been successful in maintaining their popularity. There was a time when people had made up their minds to say goodbye to Test cricket, but the excitement of the Test match did not allow this to happen. The world's greatest players have demonstrated their skills thanks to this test match. This game, played in four innings for five days, is so interesting that people sometimes forget the thrill of T-Twenty and ODI in front of it.
Cricket began with a match between Australia and England played in Melbourne from March 15 to 19, 1877. Charles Bannerman of Australia faced the first ball of cricket and also scored the first century and Australia won this match.

So after so much analysis, I came with a team wich can perform well in every condition, seaming pitches as well as spin pitches

  • All about my playing XI, I have taken opener right and left-hand combination one is destructive other is defensive
  • Mid order is strong enough to hold the team

Now my bowling side

  • Pacer - I go with 2 pacers one with left arm another with the right so it's difficult for batsmen to play them
  • Spinner - I go with leg spinner and off-spinner which is the best combination for spinner condition and perform well
This was the brief about my team

Without wasting time let's check my XI

  1. Sunil Gavaskar

You are welcome @garcondiable! It is great to see you are doing your first steps! Great work!

Sunil Gavaskar as opener it is great 34 cent. In test cricket in 80's as opener great choice.

Mathew Hayden as second opener it's left right batting combination.

World one of the best no. 3 Viv Richards
Sachin as no. 4 with most 100 in world cricket.
Don Dradman is a best bastman of all time. Average is about 99 and 29 centr. In just 54 tests.
Best all rounder of all time kallis.
Sangkara best wicket Keeper batsmen is a good choice for team.
You have 2 spinner but spinner are only more helpfull only in Asia grounds which are more spin frndly. They both takes wicket in sena country but these pitches are fast and swing bowler pitches so if you take one more fast bowler.
this is my view this team looks one of best team.

yes u r right I guess one more pacer would be fine 🌸thanks for viewing my team have a nice day

Ah, that's a mix of players from the past with some of those played looong back and few others retired recently.

I was waiting to see someone coming up with Sunil Gavaskar as one of the openers because of his records of the First to score 10K runs in tests.

Mathew Hayden is a good choice to counter the slow scoring by Sunny sir just like Virender Sehwag and Alistair Cook or Virender Sehwag and Graeme Smith combinations the others have selected as Hayden is someone known for fast scoring with those huge sixes and fours.

Vivian Richards probably the first one who showed to others that, we can score quick runs in tests as well with his destructive batting whether it's ODI's or test matches with a fastest century in 54 balls scored in 1986 and the record almsot stood for 30 years in his name!!!

And then comes the run machine and the God of Cricket, Sachin Tendulkar, well, whatever the arguments, he still carried the hopes a nation on his shoulders and was successful in making it big. His records speaks a lot than him and we are all proud of him, aren't we?

Don Bradman with almost 100 average in tests would have been more destructive cricketer than all our present cricketer had he played the T20's, oh that's just a thought and no one is near to his average speaks a lot about him.

There are some cricketers who will most probably feature among the XI selected by most of us and the next 2 players mentioned by you will come into that list, yes, Jaques Kallis and Kumar Sangakkara are the legends anyone will love to see in their team because of the all-round abilities although both can fit in as pure batsmen.

Interesting to see 2 spinner and 2 fast bowler units with Jaques Kallis and Viv Richards to share some overs among themselves and Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath, Mutthiah Muralitharan and Wasim Akram will fit perfectly for the remaining roles with both Shane Warne and Wasim Akram can also contribute with the bat, this looks more balanced side.

Overall, that looks a good side, thanks for sharing, good luck :)

Thanks for your great review on my team 🌸
