It was Bard who suggested that a team of 10 people and a budget of €10 million would be necessary to carry out this project!
For the moment I am carrying out the project alone, on a voluntary basis.
I have a meeting with a student association, Kryptosphere, and schoolDAO next week.
Each University is free to design a protocol to recruit 1,000 students (respecting parity between male and female students seems important to me) but the protocol used must be published in Hive.
The tools offered today:
I propose tools that work to save time but the choice of tools may be reviewed by a vote of the steering committee.
The community EducDAO on Hive to discuss the project,
Each participating University or student association must make an announcement in this community.
Each University or organization recruited will be responsible for recruiting two other Universities or organizations, until reaching the number of 200 organizations.
These 200 organizations must represent a wide diversity, the notion of broad diversity remaining to be defined.
The figure of 200 is indicative but for the PPP token to increase in value it would take around 200,000 participants.
Typically, all discussions and decisions will be published on Hive for maximum transparency.
The token would be issued on XPRnetwork, the Webauth wallet having a recognition system compliant with identification rules.
Another blockchain could be chosen if a foundation finances the project. The final choice of tools must be finalized by a vote, with each organization having one vote.
The governance of the project must also be supported by a voting system, one individual/one vote or one organization/one vote depending on the decision-making level.
A group of 6-8 people would make it possible to co-lead the project in the coming months.
A multi-signature wallet will issue the PPP token when all items are voted on and made public.
