Yep, I saw the title of an article that said that almost half of CEOs prefer not to invest right now because of the uncertainty. Haven't read the article though.
If the CEOs does not want to take the risk, I should not as well
I guess it depends on everyone's risk tolerance. I would imagine many CEOs are at the head of companies where they don't take too much risk.
That is true, they don't want to want to see major losses
