Good day to everyone. The weather is getting colder now. I also had my share of this cold weather. Last week I managed to catch the flu. 😁 Fortunately, I came to my senses immediately with the help of herbal teas. I think it would be better if I paid attention to taking vitamin C during these periods. It is true that I often prefer to consume fish during the winter months because it has high nutritional value. 😁 In the past weeks, I suddenly had the urge to eat fish again and I told this to my wife @bilginhilal. We had already started doing research when we decided to eat out. I found a few fish restaurants. I had to choose one of them. One of the businesses in particular caught my attention. Mukhtar's Place. The location has been determined and all that remains is to get ready and hit the road.
Herkese iyi günler. Havalar artık iyiden iyiye soğudu. Bende bu soğuk havadan payıma düşeni aldım. Geçen hafta grip olmayı başardım. 😁 Neyse ki bitki çayları yardımıyla hemen kendime geldim. Bu dönemlerde C vitamini almaya önem versem iyi olacak sanırım. Kış aylarında besin değeri yüksek olduğu için sık sık balık tüketmeyi tercih ettiğim doğrudur. 😁 Geçtiğimiz haftalarda bir anda yine balık yeme isteğim geldi ve bunu Eşim @bilginhilal'e söyledim. Dışarda yemeye karar verdiğimiz esnada ben araştırma yapmaya çoktan başlamıştım. Bir kaç tane balık lokantası buldum. İçlerinden birisini tercih etmem gerekiyordu. Özellikle işletmenin birisi çok dikkatimi çekti. Muhtarın Yeri. Yer belirlendi ve sadece hazırlanıp yola çıkmak kaldı.
After entering the location on the map, I saw that the travel time was approximately one hour. Of course, this period is not the real period for us. 😃 We do not remain indifferent when we see beautiful scenery on the road. This naturally extends the planned time. We saw many beautiful things on the route to Alankıyı District of Bayındır district. As we went up to the plateau, we watched the green leaves of the olive trees and pine trees lined up on the sides of the road dancing with the wind. After we reached the top, our phones stopped giving signal. We lifted the phone with our hands, while we noticed the city view of Bayındır. After leaving the magic of the view, we were left with the fact that we could not find the location on the map due to the signal. Fortunately, there were signs on the side of the road. In this way, our chances of getting lost are reduced. 😅 The animals we saw on the roadside already gave us directions. At one point, we couldn't find the place on the road and asked the aunt we saw in the village. He described the area about five kilometers downhill from the exit of the village. Fortunately, there was only one way. We were very close now. Ten minutes later we arrived at the place we wanted.
Harita üzerinden konumu girdikten sonra yaklaşık bir saat yolculuk süresi olduğunu gördüm. Tabi bu süre bizim için gerçek süre değil. 😃 Yol üzerinde güzel manzara gördüğümüz zaman kayıtsız kalmıyoruz. Buda planlanan süreyi uzatıyor haliyle. Bayındır ilçesi Alankıyı Mahallesi'ne gidiş güzergahında yine çok güzel şeyler gördük. Yayla mevkiine çıkarken yol kenarlarında sıralanmış zeytin ağaçları ve çam ağaçlarının yeşil tonlarındaki yapraklarının rüzgarla dans edişini izledik. Zirveye çıktıktan sonra telefonlarımız sinyal vermemeye başladı. Telefonu elimizle kaldırdık bu esnada Bayındır'ın şehir manzarası gözümüzden kaçmadı. Manzaranın büyüsünden çıktıktan sonra sinyal yüzünden harita üzerinde konum bulamayacağımız gerçeği ile baş başa kaldık. Neyse ki yol kenarında tabelalar vardı. Bu sayede kaybolma ihtimalimiz azaldı. 😅 Yol kenarında gördüğümüz hayvanlar zaten bize yolu tarif etti. Bir ara yolda mekanı bulamadık ve köyde gördüğümüz teyzeye sorduk. Köyün çıkışından yaklaşık beş kilometre aşağı kısmı tarif etti. Neyse ki tek yol vardı. Artık çok yaklaşmıştık. On dakika sonra istediğimiz mekana geldik.

In this way, my feeling of hunger increased. ⚡ My wife also liked this capricorn very much. Now it's time to eat slowly. Since it was a weekday, there were almost no customers in the business. First, we chose the best table by the stream. I placed my order immediately. Since my wife doesn't like big fish, she opted for meatballs. While the orders were being prepared, we walked around a bit. The business was under the trees, in the middle of the valley, and had a decent atmosphere away from people. I immediately went to the fish ponds. I wanted to catch one of the fish swimming in the pool, but I failed. It was much harder than it looked. 🙃 After watching the fish for a while, I examined the decorations in the surrounding area. I really liked the well figure made from vehicle tires. @bilginhilal liked the tiny waterfall. Afterwards, we were told that the food was ready.
Çok güzel bir işletme olduğu girişten kendisini belli ediyordu. Çimenlerin üzerinde küçük bir oğlak vardı. Hemen yanına gittim. Onunla birlikte elektriğimi attım. Bu sayede açlık hissim artmış oldu. ⚡ Eşimde bu oğlağı çok beğendi. Artık yavaş yavaş yemek zamanı geldi. Hafta içi olduğu için işletmede kimse yok denecek kadar az müşteri vardı. İlk olarak dere kenarından en güzel masayı seçtik. Ben hemen siparişimi verdim. Eşim büyük balık sevmediği için tercihini köfteden yana kullandı. Siparişler hazırlanırken etrafı biraz dolaştık. İşletme ağaçların altında, vadinin ortasında, insanlardan uzak nezih bir atmosfere sahipti. Ben hemen balık havuzlarının başına geçtim. Havuzda yüzen balıklardan yakalamak istedim ancak başaramadım. Göründüğünden çok zordu. 🙃 Bir müddet balıkları izledikten sonra çevrede bulunan dekorları inceledim. Araç lastiklerinden yapılan kuyu figürünü çok beğendim. @bilginhilal ise minik şelaleyi beğendi. Sonrasında yemeklerin hazır olduğu söylendi.

But it is generally nice to have this service in the middle of the mountains. I suddenly started to hear the sounds of water and leaves more clearly. Because my stomach is full now. 🙂 I'm starting to feel sleepy. If I had such an opportunity, I would sleep right there. But it was almost evening and the weather was starting to get cold. Frankly, I was afraid of getting cold because I went with my summer combination. Now it's time to pay the bill. When I approached the cash register, the owner said there was no POS device. We didn't have much cash with us. I tried to transfer money to the account number, but my phone was not receiving signal. Anyway, the business owner's phone was working. Thanks to him, we completed the money transfer. We encountered the bad side of today's habits. Anyway, the other side of technology came in handy for us.
Masaya hemen geçtik. Balık ve köfte görünüş olarak olarak çok güzel pişmişti. Hemen tadına baktım. Çok ama çok güzeldi. 👏 İşletmeye lezzet olarak tam puanı en başında verdim gitti. 😁 Genel sunum ve hizmet yönünden biraz yetersiz olduklarını gördüm. Ama dağların ortasında bu hizmetin bulunması genel olarak güzel. Su ve yaprak seslerini daha net duymaya başladım bir anda. Çünkü karnım artık tok. 🙂 Uykum gelmeye başladı. Böyle bir imkanım olsa hemen oracıkta uyurdum. Ama akşam olmak üzereydi ve hava soğumaya başladı. Ben yazlık kombinim ile gittiğim için üşümekten korktum açıkçası. Hesabı ödeme vakti geldi artık. Kasaya yaklaştığımda işletme sahibi POS cihazının olmadığını söyledi. Yanımızda çok fazla nakit yoktu. Hesap numarasına para transferi yapayım dedim telefonum çekmiyordu. Neyse işletme sahibinin telefonu çekiyordu. Onun sayesinde para transferini tamamladık. Günümüz alışkanlıklarının kötü yüzüyle karşılaştık. 🥴 Neyse teknolojinin diğer yüzü işimize yaramış oldu.
We set off again. On our way back, we saw the fruits of chestnut trees. We did not get out of the vehicle due to the cold weather. 😃 Stove smoke was rising from the village. At that moment, I thought it would be nice to sleep to the sound of wood burning in front of the stove. Since I like to sleep, the smallest excuses are actually enough for me. 😁😁 Since there was no ramp on the way back, our time to get home was shorter. As soon as I arrived, I fell asleep immediately. 😁 It was a very nice trip for us. Hope to see you somewhere else...
Tekrar yola çıktık. Dönüşte kestane ağaçlarının meyvelerini gördük. Havanın soğuk olması hasebiyle araçtan inmedik. 😃 Köyden soba dumanları yükseliyordu. O an sobanın başında yanan odun sesinde uyumak çok güzel olurdu diye geçirdim içimden. Ben uyumayı sevdiğim için en küçük bahaneler bana yetiyor aslında. 😁😁 Dönüş yolunda rampa olmadığı için eve geliş süremiz daha kısa oldu. Ben gelir gelmez hemen uyudum. 😁 Bizim için çok güzel bir gezi oldu. Bir başka yerde görüşmek dileğiyle...

Manzara harika ve yemekler çok güzel. Ben de kış aylarında balık yemeyi tercih ediyorum. Hatta yaz aylarında da balık yemek harika. Köfte de çok lezzetli görünüyor. 😀
