As I feel the cold weather, I start to miss summer more. Of course, each season has its own beauty, but; This longing increases as you think of your body being warm on that shining face of the sun. Two or three weeks ago, on a day when the sun was finding its place in the sky against difficult clouds, we went to a beachside that we thought would not be too crowded. The place we went to is called Küçük Çaltıcak. Let's see what awaits us here.
Küçük Çaltıcak, which is very close to Antalya's Konyaaltı district, can be reached in about 20 minutes from the city center. There is a fee of 48 TL per car to enter the beach, which is on Antalya's Kemer road route. Thanks to the environmental works restructured with the contributions of the municipality, the coastal area has become more modern and more useful. At the entrance, there is a long driveway between the pines, reminiscent of old stones put together piece by piece. Incoming guests park their cars on the sidelines and start their adventure here. I'm going all the way to the end of the road on my way here. Because the area at the end point is the area where the sea remains calmest.
When we enter Küçük Çaltıcak, we first see the deep blue view of the sea and the long beach with large and small white stones covered in sand. As we move a little further from the beach, we come across numbered pine trees on the side of the road. Everything has been considered to have a pleasant time in the region. Playgrounds for children are located among the pine trees. Suitable areas have been created near the beach for you to come with your family and have a comfortable picnic and barbecue. The scattered seating pergolas were renewed with wooden boards and made ready. To meet the needs, they have placed toilets, showers and prayer rooms at certain points.
We can see the wooden seating areas facing each other, located among the pine trees and partially above the ground, at different points along the coastline. As you wander among the trees, cones and flowers adorning the ground and white stones clinging to the mud of the ground create beautiful views that are pleasing to the eye. Additionally, as we wandered among these pine trees, we were also witnessing the sounds of birds and butterflies flying around.
As we get closer to the seaside, we are exposed to the intensity of that cold wind. They thought of a solution for those thick stones on the beach that do not allow us to walk comfortably. Thanks to the wooden walking belts that accompany you to the sea, you can easily see the island opposite and greet the clouds that seem to be over the sea.
I really like the shapes of trees growing on similar beaches, facing the sea. I love the pictures of their branches that they let loose against the air, perhaps in order to see the sea or the sky clearly. The images created through the branches blocking the sea front, as if they are competing with each other, create a sight worth seeing.
Every time I went to the beach, I dived into unknown and pathless forests. Those who came here before me will have discovered these secret forest paths, and walking paths formed spontaneously through the trees and bushes. Even though Küçük Çaltıcak is a little smaller than other beaches, I liked that it was more useful and more organized. It also seems like a good choice for camping.
As I said at the beginning of my article, the more I feel the cold weather of winter, the more I feel the longing for these coastal shores. I will try to escape here whenever I get the chance. Soğuk havaları hissettikçe, yazı daha çok özlemeye başlıyorum. Elbette her mevsimin ayrı güzelliği var ama; güneşin o parlayan yüzünde, bedeninizin sıcacık olduğunu düşündükçe bu özlem artıyor. Bundan iki üç hafta önce, güneşin zorlu bulutlara karşı, gökyüzünde kendisine yer bulduğu bir günde, fazla kalabalık olmayacağını düşündüğümüz bir sahil kenarına gitmiştik. Gittiğimiz yer Küçük Çaltıcak olarak geçiyor. Bakalım burada bizleri neler bekliyor.
Antalya'nın Konyaaltı ilçesine çok yakın olan Küçük Çaltıcak' a şehir merkezinden yaklaşık 20 dakikada gidiliyor. Antalya'nın Kemer yolu güzergahı üzerinde bulunan sahile, girişlerde otomobil başına 48 TL ücret alınıyor. Belediyenin katkılarıyla yeniden yapılandırılan çevre çalışmaları sayesinde, sahil alanı, daha modern ve daha kullanışlı hale getirilmiş. Girişte çamların arasına, parça parça birleştirilmiş eski taşları anımsatan uzun bir araba yolu var. Gelen misafirler sağlı sollu arabalarını kenara park ederek, buradaki macerasına başlıyor. Ben buraya gelirken yolun sonuna kadar ilerliyorum. Çünkü bitiş noktasındaki alan, denizin en sakin kaldığı bölge oluyor.
Küçük Çaltıcak'a girdiğimizde ilk olarak denizin o masmavi görüntüsü ve kumların içine bürünmüş irili ufaklı koca beyaz taşlı uzun sahilini görüyoruz. Sahilden biraz uzaklaştıkça, yol kenarındaki numaralandırılmış çam ağaçlarına rastlıyoruz. Bölgede keyifli vakit geçirebilmek her şey düşünülmüş. Çocukların için oyun alanları çam ağaçları aralarına konumlandırılmış. Ailenizle gelip, rahat rahat piknik ve mangal yapmak için sahil kenarına yakın, uygun alanlar oluşturulmuş. Dağınık halde yerleştirilen oturma kamelyaları ahşap tahtalarla yenilenerek hazır hale getirilmiş. İhtiyaçların karşılanması için, belirli noktalarda wc, duş ve mescid alanları koymuşlar.
Çam ağaçlarının arasında yer alan, yerden kısmen biraz yüksekte olan ahşaptan yapılmış karşılıklı oturma alanlarını, sahil kenarının ayrı ayrı noktalarında görebiliyoruz. Ağaçların arasında dolaşırken, yerdeki toprağa süsleyen kozalaklar, çiçekler ve toprağın çamuruna yapışan beyaz taşlar, göze hoş gelen güzel manzaralar yaratıyor. Ayrıca yine bu çam ağaçların arasında dolanırken, etrafta uçuşan kuş ve kelebek seslerine de tanıklık ediyorduk.
Deniz kenarına yaklaştıkça, o soğuk esen rüzgarın şiddetine de maruz kalıyoruz. Sahil kenarında, rahat yürümemize izin vermeyen o kalın taşlar için bir çözüm düşünmüşler. Denize kadar size eşlik eden ahşap yürüme bantları sayesinde, karşıdaki adayı rahatça görebiliyor, denizin üstüne gibi görünen bulutlara da selam verebiliyorsunuz.
Buna benzer sahil kenarlarında, denize karşı büyüyen ağaçların şekilleri benim çok hoşuma gidiyor. Belki de denizi ya da gökyüzünü tam net görebilmek adına havaya karşı serbest bıraktıkları dallarının resimlerine bayılıyorum. Birbirleriyle yarışa tutulur gibi, denizin önünü kapatan dalların arasından, oluşan görüntüler görülmeye değer bir manzaralar oluşturuyor.
