RE: Staring into the sun for a reason

Hello Tessa. Nice to meet you too, although I have commented with you previously a few days ago. Thank you for stopping by, I'm very happy that you felt what I was trying to emphasise in this post. Not everyone gets it, those that do (like you and a couple others) are the ones that I like to engage with. We see the world slightly differently and if my words empowered you today, then my job here is done 😁

Hope to chat with you more often. Have a good day/night.

Really?! I'm sorry about that. I swear it's the damned glasses. Really hard to see what happens around my eyes these days. lol

We see the world slightly differently

Sometimes I'm scared to share how different my views are to a lot of people so I won't be labelled 'weird' but ironically, I've come to realize that I like being 'weird.'
Normal is boring right?😁

No, don't apologize. I commented on your weekend engagement post about Good vs Bad. It was a good post.

No judgement here, I'm weird and proud of it. Being scared to show your authenticity is natural - society has trained us to do that from birth. Whenever I get scared like that I remember this line

"My darling girl, when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage!" and go back to being my weird self 😁

My darling girl, when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage!"

In essence, we are weird and proud of it. Unapologetically.😌
Definitely made my day!
