Have you had a chance to run it yet? It will make a good post to describe how that went, how it shoots and your impressions of it. I've shot a few Desert Eagles in my day, never owned one though. I'm looking forward to hearing about how it runs.
Update: Took a LOT more pix, established that it is for sure a MK7 and we did run it at the range! 4 magazines plus, or 34 rounds. Don't want to use up my article fodder here, I will likely post after the 24 hours elapse. But here's a teaser:
