Hi, Hive Users / The Pew Community
Thanks for showing love on my last post, really appreciate it.
In today's post I'm showing some appreciation for the MK23. My airsoft teammate 'Blakeway' recently purchased a Tokyo Mauri MK23 with an attachable suppressor. He uses this sidearm alongside his SRS sniper rifle whilst wearing the KMCS ghillie suit (which I will cover in a different post). The MK23 used alongside a sniper of your choice is a great loadout to use if you are wanting to stay stealthy, making the opposing team always guessing your location.
MK23 Features:
• None blowback - For players wanting a silent sidearm
• Extremely Gas Efficient - Green Gas
• Detachable Foam Filled Suppressor
• 16mm CW Outer Barrel
• Front rail for attaching Mock LAM or other Torches and Lasers
• Hammer can be pre-cocked to provide a shorter trigger pull
• Ambidextrous magazine release
• Slide release functions as Trigger Lock Safety
• Hammer Lock Safety
• Integrated Ironsights
• Metallic Barrel
• Hop-Up System
Below are some images taken from my GoPro footage that my teammate took from our day at Westmidlands Airsoft FOB in Stoke-on-Trent.

The video below shows off the stealthy gameplay that can be made with this pistol. They have no idea he's there.
I hope this post has been informative to you, I haven't done a post like this before, thought I'd give it a try to see what you guys think.
Thanks for reading.
How good is that ghillie suit in the first picture! Nice.
That video is funny...get's shot, says Ah fuck! Mate comes walking over, (idiot), and boom, dead. I would have been laughing my ass off if I was that dude sniping in the bush.
I shoot IPSC handgun and long range rifle so I can relate to your mate. I like his sniper rifle/handgun combo.
P.s. I had to replay that video a few times to get that guy's reaction again. Lol.
The ghillie suit is the KMCS, it's quality (I'll cover it in another post). That short video shows off just how silent the MK23 is and how hidden you can stay whilst wearing the KMCS.
I know zero about Airsoft as they are not legal here. Looks a bit of fun though.
Where you from? and yeah it feels like your playing Call of Duty in real life.
Australia. We have paintball and gel blasters but for some reason Airsoft is banned. Doesn't make a lot of sense considering we can have real guns. I have many of those. Long range rifles, semi-auto hand guns, revolvers, shotguns...And yet, we can't have Airsoft. Weird.
That is strange tbh because America allows the sport, but you just have to have an orange tip on the end of your barrel. I bet shooting real guns is fun tho, I wanna go to a firing range in Vegas someday, want to feel proper recoil.
Yeah it's a bit odd. To be honest I would not have one if they were permitted. Can't beat real guns and paintball fills the void left by the lack of Airsoft reasonably well. Doubtful I'd spend the cash as my guns cost me thousands as it is.
I'm a long range shooter, and also shoot IPSC handgun and rifle (practical run and gun shooting) so so shoot a lot. I also cull deer and kangaroos on a big cattle farm so yeah, shooting all the time. I'm lucky.
A scroll back through The Pew will show you some of my guns. You won't have to go too far.
