I'm still here and still intend to have hive as an outlet for my investigative writings.
After the next nuclear-esque holocaust destroys more human freedoms, health and wellbeing, we can wait and see how those remaining transform humankind.
Predominant reason for me to keep on interacting here (albeit infrequently), is that the chain should survive a nuclear holocaust. Theoretically it should survive!
Im not so sure what this chain can survive.
To me it already looks like dying. Too low liquidity. Not only too low price...
At some point it is not worth it anymore to run the nodes... Maybe we have already reached that point and the greed of the circlejerks of our witnesses have destroyed themselves.
I don't expect them to run nodes altruistically. And that was also not the design of this chain.
But everything is already corrupted and that's also the reason why it is dying right now.
And that all at a point in the history of the internet where we need something like hive more than ever before :/
It is true that it can be copied again if only one nodes survives.
But one node cannot digest the whole network, so it then would be offline for some time until other nodes come online again.
Depending on the offline time, after that time there maybe won't be any old users interest to copy anymore. Especially if they already have local backups of their texts, blogs
I will take a look.
Please do take a look, and let me know. Guten nacht
