Happy to see the demise of the 5 minute window.
The big manual curation projects will be able to reach in 6~12 hours I believe. 24 is a bit much and 2 requires everyone to not sleep or have helpers all over the map.
I like the discussion about second layer stuff and think more discussion is good.
The governance idea is long overdue.
