Of course you can, you won't get ban on Ecency or Hive. Of course, if you plagiarise or copy/paste someone else's work, there is a chance you won't receive rewards for it, because community tends to downvote such contents. Never ban regardless because this is decentralized social network, nobody can ban you even if they wanted.
