I'm definitely interested in an app like that. There used to be an app on Steem for that called PeerHub. A couple of months back I talked to the guy who used to run it, to see if he would be interested in relaunching here. IIRC he showed some interest. But if that doesn't come to pass, I think we can build one from scratch without too much work using HAF.
