Fully agree about the comments. I don't know if more need to be allowed—because if more are allowed, people will just start using all the general community tags available. But dividing them up would be a great solution. You are allowed 5 descriptor tags and 5 community tags.

Difficult to get everyone on the same page but I do recommend tackling a few of these longstanding issues together as a package (probably a few other small things could be included), since I'd most likely support a reasonably priced proposal covering the costs of getting the job done if someone wanted to step up. Not much else I can do about it though.
